RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We at SHARON want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
Items purchased on sharonfinejewelry.com may be returned to SHARON for return or exchange within 7 days from when you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging (SHARON gift box).
Please note that when you place a special order, you have committed to that item. Special orders are outside the scope of regular designed production and are both non-refundable and non-exchangeable from the time the order is placed. Special Orders may be canceled only within 48 hours of being placed.
SHARON does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn or had the tags removed. Please refer to our Jewelry Care Instructions for tips on how to keep your SHARON jewels in tip-top condition.
Please email email@example.com for return requests and instructions. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than sharonfinejewelry.com.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using our free shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less any shipping & insurance charges we incurred to ship your order. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Items marked Special Order may not be returned.
Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received at our returns processing center.
Once an order has been placed it may be cancelled in a timely manner by simply contacting us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number which is sent to you after you purchase has been made. Should the item have been shipped before cancellation was received, the credit policy will apply.
Regular orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipping. If you wish to cancel an order after shipping please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section for return instructions. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for items canceled once they have been shipped.
For cancelled orders placed using our free shipping option, customer will be responsible for any shipping charges we incur to ship your package, if package has been shipped prior to notification of cancellation. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
